Ovulation?
So ive heard that you can get your period but not be ovulating. Is this true? If so is there any way to tell if i am or not? Just trying to eliminate reasons for not getting preggers.
You could ask your doctor to test your progesterone levels on CD21. When you ovulate your progesterone levels increase. If your levels are above a certain number, it means your ovary released an egg and the corpus luteal cyst that forms from ovulation is giving off progesterone. This is probably the cheapest way to find out if you're ovulating.
No 2 yrs is a long time it should be out of your system by now! ON your chart you HAVE to take your temp when your first wake up and b4 you move around! Even if you dont do it every day you can still kinda figure out but you will have to do it for a couple of cycles to figure out what your norm. is! See like my norm is 97.3 and if i take my temp like CD 17 and its over 97.5 probably closer to 98 i know my O probably did happen and if its still low its probably did NOT happen! You can also tell if you PG from this women have a much higher temp when PG it should be over 98 at least! I can usually tell my AF is coming this way too!
Ya I took B/C starting four years ago until about two years ago. Could that effect it now? I'm trying to chart but havent been doing it regular enough. Its not really the first thing on my mind wen i get home from work. lol.
Oh your temp. too sorry forgot that part cus the CM doesnt always mean nothing! I did hear you could O and not have CM but i know its very important for conception!!

Yep its true! I'm pretty sure its the reason i dont get PG! I usually dont have any CM signs thats why im convinced plus i took the depo shot which i read can totally stop your O and when your AF does come bk your O doesnt always follow!!
