Also keep in mind babies lose weight after they are born, you want yours as healthy as can be. I don't understand why people say 8-10 lbs babies are big babies.. Cus really they are not.. 13lb babies are big babies.. Your body is set up for childbirth if there is no complications you'll be fine.. I know childbirth can be scary and filled with lots of worries, it's normal to feel like that.. This is my 2nd one and I'm still freaking out, but all will work out..
I dont mean to have her before 37wks, but will start by35wks to try to kick start labor, then by the 37th wk, Im ready to go. I kn it might not go as planned, but will give it a shot....
37 is still considered preterm. 38-41 weeks is full term! My cousin just delivered her baby at 37, and due to the stress of her "pushing herself into labor" the baby died of heart failure....
Yeah its defiantly nor a good idea...I just left my 37 week appointment and my baby OS only weighing 5'10 and my doctor said that's below average....I wouldn't be upset of I went over as long as my baby is healthy...a baby born that early could have a lot of problems...I know its tough but its worth it to have a healthy baby
I don't think your selfish but I don't think it's a good idea to "force" your baby out. I had a 9 pound baby and only weighed 124 pounds and was PAST my due date, and as bad as it hurt, I'm glad I had a big, healthy baby....
