IM SURE THERE ARE LOADS OF YOU OUT THERE TTC THIS MONTH AND GOT A NEG.
IM ONE OF THEM.
IM SO DISSAPOINTED, I DID EVERYTHING I COULD AND HAD SEX AT THE RIGHT TIME SO IM SO CONFUSED AS TO WHY I DIDNT HAPPEN.
CRAZILY ENOUGH, I SWEAR I HAD LOADS OF SYMPTOMS. MY BODY CERTAINLY PLAYED A CRUEL TRICK ON ME.
WHAT MAKES IT WORSE IS THAT IM IRREGULAR AND HAVE TO WAIT 5 WEEKS BEFORE IM FERTILE AGAIN WHICH (WHEN YOUR TTC) SEEMS LIKE A LIFE TIME AWAY.

ME! Just tested this morning with a BFN! I don't even know where I'm at in my cycle. I haven't had a period for like two years (was pregnant and then breastfeeding- still waiting for AF to return).

I got pregnant with my first and had him when i was 20, one try he took and thats all.
It took 19 months to get my periods back, and in oct 09 had a miscarriage since then nothing has gone right, i've only had 4 period and been trying for nearly a yr.
Id love to just let it happen, but as im so irregular i want to know when im fertile so i can try and get pregnant.
I got 3 BFN testing at 10 11 and 12 DPO then thought must just be testing early then AF showed up today.
You'd think having a positive ovulation test and having sex right at the same time it would work. Im struggling to understand what went wrong.
Im getting conerned than im going to need some fertility help as i have been trying for 10 months and nothing.
Makes me so greatful how lucky i was to get pregnant with my son first attempt.

Even having sex accordingly and on your fertile days, you only have a 25% chance of getting pregnant. There a lot of things that play into factor with it.

Sorry you got a BFN.  We have been trying for 8 months.  I just 'let it happen' for the first 4 months and I've been tracking for the last 4 months and still nothing.
It WILL happen for us.  Keep your head up!!

Hi all im a bit confussed as AF turns up on time every month 28 day cycle, except this month i am now 4 days late. i havent had tender boobs, but i definatly feel strange and have been getting headaches and slight cramping. im not sure what to expect as im never usually late and have taken some hpt's but they all say negative. i have never been pregnant before so im not sure what to expect. Does anyone have any advice? much appreciated!

not all HPT's show positive even if pregnant.
You may have just skipped a period this month or you may be pregnant and its not showing.
Your DR will send you for a blood test to confirm yes or no, if you call them, but majority of Drs wont see you unless you are 2 weeks late. Just ring them and see what they say.

ok this is wierd, my AF this month i have notice is very dark blood, its normally bright red, but ive never seen it this dark before. Anyone know what that means?

I don't think the actual colour of it matters. It can vary between a bunch of different shades. I believe as long as it's the proper flow amount there's nothing to really worry about.

I'm right a long with you ladies. I have taken at least 4 test and all BFN's. AF was supposed to start last week on wed or thursday but nothing. Sunday I had a spot of reddish brown but since then nothing but cramping on and off. Any of you ladies know what I should make of this. It has never happened to me before. When I got pregnant with my son I tested the day AF was due and had an immediate BFP. What do you ladies think?

The color and flow don't matter actually. You can have spotting for two days and that can be considered a normal period or you can bleed heavily for five days and that is considered normal. There is also a wide range of color- pink, red, brown, brassy, mucousy, even black.

Secondary infertility is something that comes to mind. Have you been tested to make sure you're ovulating?

TO JOY - I WAS USING OVULATION STICKS AND IT CAME UP POSITIVE, AND NOW IM BLEEDING, SO I PRESUME BY THAT I OVULATED.
SOME PEOPLE HAVE SAID ITS DARK BECAUSE ITS OLD BLOOD, BUT I DONT UNDERSTAND WHY I WOULD HAVE OLD BLOOD AND IF I DID, COULD THAT AFFECT THE EGG IMPLANTING?

TO TASIA - IF YOUR LATE AND HAVENT STARTED A NORMAL PERIOD, DEFINATELY SEE YOUR DR FOR BLOOD TESTS, THAT WILL TELL YOU EITHER WAY IF YOU ARE PREGNANT. ALL PREGNANCIES ARE DIFFERENT AND YOU MAY NOT GET A BFP EVEN THOUGH YOUR PREGNANT. WITH MY 1ST I DIDNT GET BFP UNTIL 9 DAYS LATE. SOME DR'S WONT SEE YOU THOUGH UNTIL 2 WEEKS LATE, SO RING YOURS AND SEE WHAT THEY SAY :-D

Me 2! but its nothing unusal just the norm.! Its been 5 yrs so to actually see 2 lines I'd prolly have a heart attack and fall over! Im not tracking anymore I even quit the SAHW thing Im bk working but Im still hoping by some TEENY WEENY miracle I get to have just 1 baby! All these PG women & people bringing baby registery papers through my register at work has been making me miserable and its made me and DH fight more and cus of all it we are hardly BD'ing anymore!! Srry for that TMI Im just getting frustrated and im getting tired of all of the pushing away me and DH are doing to each other!

Hey ladies I have been ttc for 7 mnths i am 21 and THIS IS DRIVING ME INSANE!! everyone around me is pregnant and having babies. i am 1 week late for my periods and still getiing NEG HPT. Doc wnt help me for another week, Im going through a wirlwind of emotions!! and swear i have symptoms!!
