I drank 1 glass while I was pregnant nd my mom yelled at me. But I heard red wine is better then white but after my mother yelled at me I didn't pick up another glass after that. Lol its only 9 months u can deal wit not having a drink.

I sure wouldn't take the risk. My baby is much more important. I agree with baby_love2014.

You will get mixed answers because doctors don't know exactly how much alcohol it takes to give a child fetal alcohol syndrome. They presume it is different for everyone that is why don't say none at all and some say a few glasses is Ok. I suggest you don't take the risk at all. My motto is if it illegal or if you can't buy it till you are 18+ you shouldn't put it in your body while pregnant.

You can I believe it's 4 oz. I did a glass my first pregnancy and then ended up feeling guilty.

I Read About A Study Saying Babies Who's Moms Drank A Glass A Week Ended Up Better Adjusted In The Weeks After Birth. Idk How True That Is But My Doc Said I Could Have A Glass A Day and She Wouldn't Be At All Concerned. Unfortunately Since Becoming Pregnant My Muscles Don't Agree With The Wine And End Up Hurting Like No Ones Business So I Don't Drink It Anymore. :/

I hear its completely fine, as much as I lovvvvve alcohol I wouldn't do it, I dont even eat cake or foods that have wine in it, I just feel horible for even thinking about it. I dont care seeing pregnant woman.drink a few glasses I don't believe its bad. Soup to you, if you feel its safe go a head.

Some docs say its ok.. others say its not. I say, why take the unecessary risk.  You're only pregnant for a short time and have all the time in the world to drink. It just doesn't make sense to me to drink,  but to each their own.

I have a few times threw out this pregnancy my doc said it was fine aslong as it wasn't a consistent habit most ladies will tell u yes sum will say no its always best to inform ur doc tho nd get his advise
