should I be worried?

I'm 18 weeks today and my doctor called and said they want me to go for a repeat ultrasound in 3-4 weeks because the baby is measuring smaller but I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else or if I should be worried?  What does this mean?
She said nothings wrong and I feel fine.
Also up until like 2 weeks ago I really couldnt eat a lot I was always nasueas but now I'm eating every hour or two but not as much at a time.  And when I first found out I lost 10 pounds but I've gained 4 back already and not to mention me and my husband are both small and small babies

Ps- sorry its so long!

I'm smaller then i need to be but my baby is grow the way he needs to. I was only 115 or so when i became pregnant and I'm 21. Now I'm 129 lbs and I'm 22 weeks pregnant. You and your baby will be okay don't worry. The doctors can worry about the baby.

This happened to me! The emergancy ultrasound was around 3 weeks ago everything was completely fine she was growing normally it was just my bump that measured small because i have a small figute so if you have a small figure you dont have anything to worry about everyones bumps arent gonna measure the same it depends on your size, dont worry about it!

If she said nothing is wrong they are probably just being cautious. I wouldn't worry about it. Look on the bright side, you'll get to see your little one again!
