Ebola is more scary than ISIS

We know so little about the disease, that's why I am terrified. It mutates too at a higher rate. Let pray that this isn't the end of humanity.

Well, I don't believe it's a hoax. It calls for attention. This is serious.

I don't believe it.  I just think its away for the government to keep us in fear... Once they brought it here they knew that it was going to get out of hand. I have faith and I believe its all a hoax... Except about it being in Africa because they have way less than we have which makes it easy to contract.

Pandemic H1N1 actually killed about 200,000 people worldwide in 2009 so we have quite a ways to go.

But believe you me, if it gets out of hand to which it might with the current trend this will be the worst pandemic to hit the world.

It's not mutating, the sad truth is that these people have no care. My OB, one of her friends is actually over there (in Liberia) now and she was telling me about the conditions and its appalling. She said most people don't seek care until they are so sick because they are afraid of going when symptoms just start. She said whole hospitals there may have only 1 or 2 drs working, in the whole hospital. Nurses are worried about their families so many aren't showing up which is leaving the existing nurses with 20-30 patients to care for each. They don't have the infection control or sanitation means that we have. It's a completely different world.

With the current numbers of infections in west Africa it must be mutating. More than 4000 people dead! Think about it.

It hasn't mutated since the 70's when it first came out. And we actually know a decent amount about it, just not how to cure it.
