i dont normally take breaks but i do now as soon as i can i sit for at least 15 mins or so and eat little snacks here and there
just wishing for a healthy journey
I've been preg twice and the cramping in the stomach doesn't sound right but the legs are normal.If ur feeling pain like this at 6 Weeks maybe u should consider alternatives like a chair on wheels. Can I ask how old u r.I was 33 when I had my second daughter and the difference in the pain in my body from my first at 27 was unbelievable. Pain everyday from wk12. Take all ur preg vitamins too. Don no if u can take magnesium while preg but meant to help with achy legs and restless legs.
Look you have to be very areful now that you are pregnant now this is not good standing for long period of time try to take break and sit.now just relax and lay down with your leg elevated and keep your self hydrated and also you can take Tylenol for the pain don't worry
