Ectopic Preganncy?

I spotted brown for 4 days last week, with very little red. I've got cramps that stop me in my tracks and and my shoulder, neck, and lower bback are killing me. I'm uriating every 2-3 hrs, If is sneeze or cough to hard i have an accident. And i'm ridiculousely emotional... i took a pregnancy test saturday only to see a negative. I'm not sure what to do now

Before this pregnancy I had an ectopic pregnancy. I had no idea I was even pregnant until I had horrible pain in my stomach and neck. I ended up having emergency surgery and actually almost died it's very serious. Please go to the doctor I waited too long to go. Now I know if I have any strange symptoms to just go asap.
