I was wondering if the ultra-pasteurized egg nog that you buy at the store is safe to drink? I called to talk to the nurse and all she said was she didn't know. What the heck? I want it so bad lol.

Contracting salmonella during pregnancy rarely harms your baby directly, but the high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, and dehydration that accompany a bad case of food poisoning could cause preterm labor or miscarriage.
that's what I found on babycenter website. It also says you can look up a recipe where they cook it with a cooked egg and you can make it at home. Also try soy nog. It don't have no raw egg in there.
