Came to a realization
The greatest gift is the bond between a mother and her child. I may not have the "modern" family I wanted for myself and my child, but my idea of family starts with my baby girl. She'll only have one mother, one person who pushed her into the world, one who's breast milk nourished her, and one who she sleeps with every night until she's transitioned. I've carried her, made many sacrifices, and have given her life. I'm a whole person on my own and I'll be an amazing mother on my own. Having a picture perfect family isn't any validation of the mother I'll be/become.
This has made me cry, all your little girl needs is you, and Thankyou for putting this on its put my mind into realisation
