no thats not what i was concerned in and yes your write i missed spelled it was vwd and no the main issue was not the fact that i didnt have a period or that i wanted to know if i was prego it was the fact that i was having cramps that were not normal at all and other stuff as well. and i know that sometimes people with vwd have internal bleeding i was afraid that might have been the case like one of the cyst in my pelvis may have burst causing the cramping feeling. i did however reach my doctor. and the previous comments were not toward you so sorry if you felt any way.

It sounded like you were mostly concerned to find out whether you were pregnant or not, since in your original post, you were talking about the symptoms like your glowy complexion and the lack of a desire to eat junk food and so on.  If that is your primary concern, then you can find out what you need to from a home test, especially an early-results one.  If you are concerned about your von Willebrand disease (-please correct me if I misinterpret what you are writing when you say vwb -- von Willebrand disease is usually listed as vWD, so maybe I have it wrong) -  if it is von Willebrand disease you are talking about, it seems like excessive bleeding at the period is more a problem with vWD than not having a period when expected.  Unless you have vWD type 3, there is not considered to be an unusual risk of bleeding in the joints, etc.  However, that said, if you think you have a serious issue, it is certainly at least worth a telephone call to the doctors in the hospital who work with you.

i have special docs thats why i said i go to the hospital for visits i dont go to a normal clinic all of my docs are specialist inside of a hospital. if i go to the er i get to see one of the residence that work with my doctors. also you should read the post that i put up before you recomment because if you read above i said the cramps were getting better. and i never said that the doc was not going to see me. i mearly just ask should i stay in bed and wait this out or go to the er. and continued in my comments to say that the cramps were getting better and i think i may just be a trooper. but thanks anyway

If the cramping is so bad that you are concerned that something is wrong i would call your dr and talk to them. If you don't have a dr than call the hospital and ask for a referral to a dr then see if that dr can get you in asap for an office visit.

There should be no case that is so extreme or complicated that a dr wouldn't see you. If the dr says that then you need to find a new dr one that is willing to treat you

I would say that if the cramps are gone and you feel fine it's probably ok. However if they come back even if it's not as bad I would go to the hospital just to make sure you don't have a major problem. I don't know much about vwb but you will want to make sure you don't have a blood clot or internal bleeding. Hope this helps some. Other than that just relax

I agree there is no reason to go to the ER the only thing you are going to do there is waste your money and time and possibly get sick from all the sick people there. ER's are for medical emergencies not for dr office visits. If you are that worried you can see your gyno for a blood test.

Even regular cycle women will experience abnormal cycles here and there as AF can be influenced by SO much even having another women come and stay in your home for a night can throw your cycle off.

cd 38 is the 38th day since the first day of your last period.  It stands for "cycle day" 38.

Don't go to the ER.  It is not a medical emergency for a period to be late, don't waste time there (it's a good place to GET sick).  Get another pregnancy test and take it according to the instructions.

Good luck!

If I've done my math right, you're on CD38.  Do you have a pattern of irregular cycles lasting more than 36 days?  If not, I'd encourage you to take an early response HPT using first morning urine.  If still a negative, it may be a late ovulation due to the stresses of the holidays (?), thus delaying your period.  Good luck!!
