ultrasound said I was four weeks pregnant dates dont add up

Hi my husband and I had a blighted ovum in january and I didnt get my first period until may 3rd after that happened I have not had a period since then. I know I ovulated late but the ultrasound says I;m only 4 weeks. We just saw a sac on the ultrasound. I didn't get a positive hpt until june 16th and had blood drawn that firday hcg levels were a 100 and doctor said I was barely pregnant. I just want to know how I can only be four weeks when I ovulated may 22nd or 23rd? I read another woman's posting about how her baby didn't grow right during the first trimester but grew right the rest of the pregnancy. Should I be worried? Any additional advice would be helpful

I agree with Grin, some months you may ovulate later then your average day, like with my pregnancy, i actually ovulated a little bit earlier then average therefor i am farther along then thought.  From what I've seen on the forums of the ladies posting, its not that uncommon for you to have ovulated later then thought so you wouldnt be as far along as your lmp would suggest.

It depends when you ovulated. How do you know you ovulated on 22nd or 23rd? Your cycle is likely to be slightly out following the miscarriage: i had the same thing in December last year and my cycles were really long for a couple of months. It might be that you just ovulated later than usual and you are in fact only 4 weeks pregnant? Hope so!
