11 weeks. Don't really feel pregnant

Other than mild cramps once in awhile, being hungry and tired all the time I don't really feel pregnant any more :/ My breast aren't as sore anymore and my nausea has past too. I had my 11 weeks appointment and couldn't hear the heartbeat. My doctor said it was normal and I have another in a week.
I'm kinda sad. I mean I'm glad I have no morning sickness at all but I wish I felt more like I was pregnant. I also wish I had a bump! I'm so excited to have my baby bump and show it off! Ahhhh

Your lucky. I'm 13 weeks now and wishing this pregnancy would hurry up. I can't fit into any of my jeans my stomach is pretty big,my hips hurt and I have stretch marks on my hips and butt, but I can't wait to hear my baby's heart beat. . There's a possibility you won't show until later in your pregnancy. If this is your first pregnancy. Good luck sweetheart
