Im a group fitness instructor and im pregnant with my second. Ive been teaching and doing my own workouts through out my pregnancy. My Dr. Said it was fine to workout but listen to your body. If your tired then don't feel bad about missing a few days. Obviously, jumping or serious heavy lifting is out. But you can definitely continue. Don't do anything you've never done before. I do believe its not recommended until the first trimester is over unless its just walking but u want to check with your doctor first. The 1st trimester is a delicate stage u don't want to stress your body
