morning sickness
I have not experienced morning sickness during my pregnancy but my sister in law in now about 7 weeks and throws up all dayn long. Any advice on relief?
They won't let her take anything because she has a cyst. I'm not exactly sure why...
She can ask her dr. For medicine to help. With both of my pregnancys my dr. Automatically prescribed me something for it. But I would rarely take it unless it got really bad. I would just take deep breaths when I would start feeling sick and I could usually hold it back but if I would eat in the morning like as soon as I got up I would throw up so I would just wait about 2 hours after I got up to eat
I had massive queezyness but no vomiting, best thing i found was either REAL lemonade (the old stuff not the fizzy stuff) or ginger snap cookies.
Constant small meals. Saltine crackers before getting out of bed, and before going to bed.
