contractions?

I am about 3weeks away from my due date and iv been cramping all day and having lower back pain. Not only are my cramps bad, they last for longer than 2minutes but theyre not constant. My baby girl ís moving the same as usual. Iv never even experienced braxton hicks or anything many moms experience through pregnancy and iv been told their like contractions so im not sure but could i be experiencing contractions??

U should go get checked r u dilated at all??
