How to sleep with out pain?

Before I got pregnant, and all the way until I was 20weeks I slept on my stomach. I'm not almost 37weeks and sleep is almost painful. I sleep on my side, but my hips hurt so bad that I toss and turn all night.  I have a pregnancy pillow, but it hasn't seemed to help. I'm too big to sleep on my stomach now, and too big to sleep on my back. Anybody have anything that helps them sleep more comfortably??

Try taking a short hot shower before bed to relax things. Have the water hit your lower back and butt, which will help your pelvic muscles. Stretch before bed. Long, gentle, streatches of your sides and legs. Look up, "cat/cow prenatal stretch" online. Try sleeping with a pillow between your legs from your crotch to your knees, then pull the longer part just under the bottom of your belly so it's a little supported. Then have another pillow behind your back just a couple inches under you lifting your side. Hope any of that helps!

Definitely kelllyxoxo the pillows do provide a little comfort and something in between your legs to help elevate your hips, even them out a bit.... I use a stuffed animal.... I still toss and turn at night due to hip pain just not as often....

I wish I had a pregnancy pillow! But I use like 8 pillows and then I also tuck my comforter in between my legs. Helps my hips as well.
