PRUNES OR PRUNE JUICE I know it's disgusting but it works and you will just be so relieved when you finally go that it will totally be worth it.

Also, avoid bananas, they can constipate. As well as cheeses (if they r in your diet). High fiber Vegis include apples, pears, broccoli & I think spinich. Hope it helps.

With my first pregnancy i was pretty bad too and drank water constantly....my diet intake was poor as i was so sick but i ended up taking colace (docusate sodium) and that helped a lot...its a stool softner not a laxative so it helps you go not make you go... definitely talk to your Dr if you cant find anything dietary that helps...good luck, i know its aweful!

I would change the juice to water, and maybe add a kiwifruit a day, and just add plenty of grains to your diet,  whole grain bread etc, your probably already doing that, also pear juice is great, the pregnancy hormones relax your intestines and colon so thats why you get constipated easier in pregnancy :)
