Please help me!!!!!

Can someone please tell me whats going on. Im 30 weeks and i have been have cramps and very bad back pain, also my vagina feels like its stretching i knw tmi but it hurts. Today the cramps in my stomach got so bad pain shot down my leg and i was balling in tears. I dont knw if she was sitting on a nerve but it didnt feel right. I also have a big increase in discharge i mean alot. The pain in my back is in my lower back and it shoots dwn my butt. I have been having bad heartburn all week. On top of everything i have been constipated. Can anyone tell me whats going on? I knw most of these are pregency sytomps but theres alot of pain. Please any advice would be apprechiated :)

i am only 20 weeks along with my first baby but i had a friend who was having really bad shooting pains down one leg and in her back, she too was crying in pain at times from the severity of it, it turned out that bub was lying on a nerve and it would just happen at any point of the day( she would sometimes just loose feeling in that leg and it would give way) sorry, i think i made that sound scareier than i should have.

Either way if the pain is bad i would be going and seeing your doctor or midwife they will be able to assess what is causing it and make sure you get the best treatment.

Thank u much babyolla2423 for the info. The pain hurt so bad and now the vaginal increase. So is it normal to feel what im feeling?

I am going through the samething I know my son is sitting on my nerve but everything you are having I am having to and I 32weeks with my 2nd there is not much you can take for the pain but if it's as bad as mine call the dr and see what she says about it My dr told me to go L&D to see what was going on  but there wasn't much they can do because I was not in labor I hope this helps a little bit
