Feeling full, normal??

I ate dinner 3 hours ago and i still feel full. Im not in pain but slightly uncomfortable especially because Im ready for bed. Im 20+3. I am getting bigger, so is this just part of that? Or something i should be concerned about?

No problem! Lol it took an hr after drinking that soda I'm jus bout to eat...but gd thing u didnt eat alot bcuz i did b4 at a restaurant & i was miserable all night..I guess it all depends on ur body & the food but taking a shower helps relax too :)

Thanks! Ill remember that! I would think the feeling of being full would be gone after 3 hours tho... :/

Yes that's it than my doc gave me a paper today talking bout that wen u drink before or during eating to much it causes u to get really full.. I made dinner tonight  &  was drinking a soda & forgot so now I'm waiting to eat

I had a pretty small meal & yes i drink while eating, usually milk or water

It feels like if you were to stick your belly out as big/far as you can and hold it there

You probably over ate...its recommended to eat small portions not like how u would if not pregnant... this is my 1st pregnancy & i learned this the hard way ..also did u drink while eating?
