Mine hurt all the time, especially when I walk and stand a lot. I started swelling a little at 19 weeks, but my feet and ankles have always ached when I started showing.

mine didn't start to swell til 32 weeks but I was also hardly ever on my feet and that week I was at on outdoor music festival and the temps in the area have been in the 90's and I am in WI....just be sure to drink lots of water and try to keep your feet up whenever you can and you should be able to avoid most of the swelling
