My boyfriend and I are ttc. This will be the first month that I'm testing w opk. I know that my progesterone is normally low so well try a few times then possibly try clomid... wish us luck bd starts Thursday. Any suggestions are welcomed..

Thanks it was actually super easy. Diet and exercise that's it. But I heard progesterone hides in fat so now there's 40lbs less of hiding places lol. I work for a chiropractor and we have a acupuncturist in the office. I'm not crazy about it but thanks for the idea. I'm hoping that my hard work and determination will be enough to getvmy BFP!!! :)

wow u did really good losing 40 bl , my dr told me i have to lose  7 bl , but i lost only half of pound but after i got my bfp i lost 4 bl so far :D . maybe sound crazy but a month befor i got pragnant i did Acupuncture , if u like it try it too it is a good expariance :)

Thanks I did 50 one month and 100 the following both time p4 was still low. I was going to try 150 but didn't...
That'll be the next step. I've also lost 40 lbs since then so hopefully things are working a little better. Thanks so much!!

best of luck , i took 2 month  clomid 100 and 50 mil and after second round i got pragnant , sending u  a lot of baby dust :)
