Saltines and ginger ale we are my best friends for a while lol. But also I take the chewy tums (not the chalky ones they make me more sick) when I feel like I could get sick and they sooth my stomach.
The doctor can give you anti-nauseants, but if you want to go the all natural root, there's gingerale and ginger tea (way less sugar and soothing to the throat), other ginger stuff like soups, and... well, ginger. Ha. Chamomile and lavender also have soothing effects. Do you have a tea shop nearby? :)
