I was told you can eat fish just not every single day. My doctor said I can eat whatever I want even cold lunch meat just not all day every day.
It ok to eat fish they say don't eat predatory fish bc they contain high levels of mercury but other fish with low levels is fine I wouldn't suggest eating fish everyday but once or twice a week wouldn't hurt u
Tilapia is good too I'm not sure about any other fish cuz all I eat is tilapia lol
I had salmon last night and a week ago I had it too. My baby is perfectly healthy, salmon is great too eat during pregnancy because it's low in Mercury and full of omega 3s
