Soo I took a nature made prenatal vitamin that I bout from the store nd now my stomach nd back hurts :( I feel weird are those bad to take ? I don't wanna harm my baby by taking those HELP please

Thanks ladies :) .. I took mine on an empty stomach which could be the reason why it felt that way..tomorrow ill take it on a full stomach with a full glass of water

I also take those. it just maybe the way you are taking them. I also always take them on a full stomach with lots of water and I'm fine. You could try other brands.

I always take my vitamins after a meal, with an 8oz cup of water. Sees to work. Although I did have an issue when I changed my prenatal, they made me feel sick so I had to go out and get something else. The brand I normally take was Brainpower, but at $30 a bottle it was getting to be too much, so I went to Nature Made and they seem to be okay

I think maybe im just over-reacting because I just took one today maybe im just cautious because I just lost my other baby :(

Their the prenatals I take and I'm also fine. Never had a problem with them once I got used to their taste lol. Try a different brand or give it another day and see if the same thing happens again.

I think thats wat it might be because my stomach is making crazy noises nd it hurts now nd so does my back :(

I take the same ones and I'm fine.. maybe your body just doesn't agree with them. :( you could try trying a different brand
