Food?!

First pregnancy and almost nine weeks. I'm constantly feeling nauseous but I don't really throw up. I'm extra picky about foods just from smell. Help?! Tips?

Try basic toast or peanut butter and jelly. Something small that you know you enjoy or will be able to stomach. Crackers work well also and dont really have a scent. Go for bland and plain foods that wont smell very much

Im 8w2d due Dec 13 2014 and every smell makes me nauseous.  Like something will sound delicious and my hunny will cook it for me and make my plate. But as soon as I get the plate the smell is atrocious and I can't eat it
