early pregnancy symptoms

Hi please can people tell me the symptoms they experienced during early pregnancy.
i have done tests all show negative. went to doctor done urine test again negative. dr will test again in 2 weeks
the symptoms i am having are:
39 days no period
feeling sick when i wake up and soemtimes throughout the day
having cramping feeling in lower abdo (happening now) feeling like i will start period (but not as severe) but dont
i have not had any spotting of blood or anything
no sore breasts
if iam preg then sure i should be about 4/5 weeks should tests be positive by now?
please reply.

Well if you want to wait and take a test then wait 3-4 hours don't drink anything and then take a home pregnancy test. If you are delayed by 10 days and are having all of these symptoms then you should definitely test!!!!!! Let me know how it turns out! Cramping can be fairly normal if when due to early pregnancy!

this is my 10th day past when my period should have started if that gives any better information? also just about 15mins ago i had some quite bad cramping feeling in my right and lower abdo not like period pain this felt different. any ideas? thanks for your help

They should be positive by your last missed period. If you are not irregular then it should show by now! Take a test with first morning urine and let us know how it turns out!
