Im 20 And This Is My First Child .. One Thing That Scares Me IS THE FREAKING PAIN I'll Experience During Birth !!! lol How Do I Deal With That ?
The movies that show screaming and shouting are just ridiculous to me lol. It really isnt bad. It feels intimidating bc you know the paib will last abd yiu get caught up in it. You dont realize how quickly its over. I had a 2nd degree tear with no epi abd didnt feel being stitched I was soooo busy staribg at my daughters eyes and watching her pucker. They keep you busy by keeping you keeping your baby crying to help their breathing I promise it really isnt so bad. We are built for this. :)
Trust me, you'll cope. I have a very low pain threshold and I managed to give birth natural and.drug free. One tip I've got: when you get contractions instead of using.energy by shouting or.screaming, hum a song that you know while having a contraction, you'll save energy plus you're occupying your mind x
