You can't feel fetal movement the week following conception. There are no arms or legs, and the embryo is microscopic at this point.
To the OP, if you are big enough to "show a tummy", you are far enough along for a pregnancy test to be positive. If you think you are pregnant, wait a week and test again.
Then I would say that you are not pregnant. It is possible to come up negative on a pregnancy test and be pregnant (however its rare). Maybe you should try getting a beta HCG from your doctor that should be able to give you more info.
i remember how my daughter was in my tummy at around 4 and 5 mo she was a mover too lol
these feel the same but i did 2 hpt's and got one test done at dr's office all negative..
The first time I got pregnant I knew right away because the week following conception I has fluttering in my b elly constantly. It was so weird. Like butterflies in my belly.
i am starting to show a tummy i havent tried laying on my tummy though i find it uncomfortable to begin with
and yes i do know the symptoms of being preggo which is why i am here...i know i would not feel movement in the first month, if i am which i highly believe that i am i am farther along
i have already been to my dr (or a sub for him) and he did a test because i was suffering from low back pain i requested a pg test
= N.e.g.a.t.i.v.e and i took two hpt's also negative and my AF is 3 days late and my tummy is swollen...headaches sore feet and legs alittle nausea low back pain sore bb's...
and yeah....
well..you would definatly not feel any kicking from a baby in the first month. Tho if you're saying that you think you got pregnant in may or june then that would be different. If you were 4 months tho..you should be able to know if you are pregnant or not..epsecially because you have experienced this already. when you lay on your tummy...do you feel the hardness in your lower tummy/uterus? that would be a good way of knowing...cause if you were about 4 months pregnant, you would be starting to show. either way...go see your doctor to ease your mind. good luck =)
