Getting Started

Is there a natural way that might actually help kick start labor or help me become dilated. That actually works

I'm not actually considering going into labor now, it's just options just in case nothing progressed in the next week or so. I rather not be induced when the time comes

You shouldent even be trying to start labour yet. At 37 weeks your bub is only just clasified full turm. Much less risk to bub if you go over then ther is if you go to early and bubs not ready. Remember knowone knowes exactly how far along you are its all just an educated guess

How far along are you? Nothing may be working because your body may not be ready yet  but you can always try nipple stimulation as well?

Have you tried having sex and after putting your kegs up in the air for 10 mins? It helps keeps the swimmers down in there to help soften your stuff

The only thing I've really heard of is evening primrose. But it only softens the cervix, so it doesn't always work.
