Getting freaked out....

So, I'm laying down on my back.. My little guy is all moving and stuff.. Then he stops.
My stomach gets all hard, and starts pulsating. Could his back be against my belly, and that's him breathing? Its moving as if he is breathing..

Reallllyyy freaking scary to watch. Ahahahah.
