how early after sex can i get my pregnancy test done to get an accurate and true result?please tell me the exact date.I had sex on 23 Apri (although i took emergency pills 5 hours later)l and my expected period date is 5 May. i wanna take a test even if i do not miss my period this month.please tell me the exact date
and also tell me which  test should i take ? i mean blood or urine? which test is more accurate to detect an early pregnancy and is more reliable?
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION: 23rd was the 19th day of my cycle

hi thanks for ur replay. i really appriciate that.. but if im not missunderstanding what u mean to say is that it shows an accurate result after the day when ur period is expected right? for example my date is 5 so i should take a test on 6 to get the most accurate result?

you can usually do a home test 5 days before your period starts but keep in mind that it gets more accurate the closer to your start day the day after your start day if you take the test it's 99.8% accurate
