Glowing???

I am 39 weeks and 4 days pregnant. Everyone I know is saying that I am now glowing so I should have my baby soon. What does it mean to glow and why do they say it is a sign I'll have him soon??
By the way, one person said that since I'm glowing I won't make it 3 days.
