Scared....

I'm scared that if I have a vaginal birth that I'm gonna have a third or fourth degree tear!):

I didnt tear with any.of my three . Biggest being 8.8lbs

Yes I will be doing a squatting birth as well. And when you push don't try to get it over with. You will know when to push don't try to force it and don't over do it while pushing

Im scared of that too! But I'd rather tear and go back to normal then have a c section scar for the rest of my life*

I'm scared too! But I just keep thinking to my self that the doctor know exactly what to do an I won't even care after I have my baby in my arms (:

Don't be scared of that there are ways to help prevent this. 1. Do not labor on your back(I have info on birthing positions in my journals) 2. Preneal massage and also take a warm bath during labor and have someone massage you with a warm towel down there during labor. You'll do fine :)
