Back pain that keeps coming and going? Help!

So, I'm 34+5 and I've started having horrible back pain. It is pain in my whole back, then eases, then happens again. The pain isn't getting worse when it comes back but it is getting to the point where it makes me want to cry in pain. I haven't taken anything for it yet. Anyone got an idea of what this could be? Or just a normal (awful) pregnancy symptom? Xx

Omg, it doesn't feel like labour lol. Not that I know anyway because this is my first, I'm calling my Dr. Thank you :)

I had the same kind of pains with my first pregnancy.  And I finally called my doctor. When I went in I was dilated to 6 and was in active labor. And that's really the only pain I felt the whole time was all in my back.I so did not think I was in labor.  Good luck call your doctor.
