Actually cravings do mean you are lacking some kind of nutrient or whatever it is called. Like I knows pasta and bread you nees more nitrogen, oily foods you need more calcium, salty foods you need more chloride and silicon, chocolate you need more magnesium, and surgary foods you need more chromium, carbon, phosphorus, sulphur and tryptophan!
The cravings are 100% normal...Like right now, I'm constantly craving good pizza..soft crust, fresh toppings, etc. . Cravings don't mean anything about deficiency unless you are craving weird things like ice, dirt, etc.
