get pregnant now??? :)

Okay...I had a d&c b/c of miscarriage about 11 weeks ago.  I was 11 weeks pregnant.  The doc said wait 11 weeks before we tried again.  At first I wanted to get pregnant as soon as possible.  Then I decided I wanted to get to my original weight (weight I was before my son and the miscarriage) before we tried again.  I am 5'9 and weighed 135 lbs before I had my son (when I was 16..lol) I am 20 now and I weighed 172 after the miscarriage.  I am down to 162 now which is okay i guess my body fat is good and i am not over weight by any means but not where I want to be.  I wanted to be 135 and then get pregnant but now that we are 11 weeks past the miscarriage and we can try I really want to but at the same time I want to get all the weight off before i get pregnant for the 3rd time.  I should be at 135 by mid January (it was supposed to be x-mas but i've been slacking :) )  Anyways it just seems like so far away.  What do you all think?  What would yall do if it were you?  Oh and by the way my son is 3 and will start PreK   this coming august.

I joined a weight loss center here in my town...it was very expensive....but this is the most of what I learned.
1000-1200 cals a day...no more no less
of these calories you need to get this
2 meats
3 fruits
3 veggies
3 startch
3 dairy

1 meat is aprox 3 0z and about 130 cals
a fruit is 60 cals (1/2 of a banana is counted as 1 friut and should only be eaten 1x a week)
a veggie is anywhere from 30-50 cals and some such as lettuce have no cals.  Ex:1 cup green beans is 30 cals and ='s 1 veggie
a starch is 50 cals
a dairy is aprox 100 cals

only eat red meat 1x a week and 3 ox max
corn and english peas are NOT veggies they are full of starch and should not be eaten while trying to lose weight
work out at least 3x  per week...make sure you are doing some mucle work and atleast 30 mins cardio
And yes...lots of water...and limit salt...good luck.

I work out about 5 times a week for about 1 1/2 hours though.  There now you owe me $700 lol!  J/k

I lost 2 more lbs today and that motivated me to wait until I get all the weight off.  It was supposed to be off ot Christmas but i think it is going to be more like Jan 25th.  I just remember being pregnant with my son and feeling so ugly and fat...I want my next pregnancy to be as perfect as possible and I think I will enjoy it much more.  I'm excited.  25 more lbs to go!!! :)

ahh...it's so hard to decide.  Part of me says just wait till Jan and you will be your goal weight.  The other part says "I WANT TO BE PREGNANT NOW"  Lol  I just got my first period since the d&c this week and I think that has alot to do with me wanting to be.  I think my hormones are like okay you have your cycle back time to start making babies lol.  Chances are I will wait.  I am going to look up some stuff on that losing weight after pregnancy faster stuff.

I agree with alaysha as well, and I also heard that its a lot easier to lose weight after you give birth, because your hormones are changing again!!!  G'luck.  ♥ baby dust ♥ your way!!!

I would go for it! It may mean losing more weight once you have your darling baby but isnt that worth it! :)
