Yes you can. It only takes a drop of sperm to get you pregnant.  As others have said you typical ovulate around 14 days after the first day of your period.

So Yes it is possible to become pregnant. As far as him only ejaculating in you just a little,  even the smallest amount  can contain millions and even billions of sperm. usually women ovulate anywhere between 10 and 16 days after there period so technically yes you could definitely get pregnant then. If he ejaculated inside even a little there is still a chance. Good luck =)
