I'm scared....

I had a very stressful night last night and after all the stress my bbs didn't hurt as much anymore and I have some very very very light spotting.  Its dark brown mixed with cm so you can barely see it when I wipe but the cm isn't white.
I'm scared that the stress is causing something bad.  I already went through a m/c and although this doesn't feel like I'm getting another m/c I'm scared that I've lost my most obvious pregnancy symptom which is sore bbs.  Right now if I grope them they are achy but no where near what they were before.  I don't have any cramps.
Am I worrying about nothing???

Some woman spot dark blood until the time they deliver.  So it can be normal.  if it gets bright or you cramp go to the ER.  Dose your mid-wife have a weekend contact number?  My dr an midwife have a emergency number for the weekends.  You can call the Er an ask to talk to the ER nurse too.  Its hard not to stress I know... just try to stay calm.  I worried SO much until I got to 20 weeks... after 2 m/c's ... 3 babies... its hard not to.  God Bless, Anita

Thank you all.  I think that if I keep spotting mildly like this I will call the midwife.  And I'll try to take it easy this weekend and try to  relax.  Bbs are gradually geting back to its soreness and the spotting is barely there.  And still no cramps. :)

I'll try to breathe.

Just wanted to say hang in there...personally, I'd call the nurse midwife on Monday a.m. to let her know and perhaps they can get you in for a scan before Thursday.  Each time I have had something weird, they have actually had me go in THAT day.  With my mc, I had slight brown spotting when I wiped...no crampinng...I called them when they opened and they had me go in within an hour.  With this pregnancy, I had a huge glob of stringy weird cm come out (I'm talking the size of my pinky!) and I called and they could of taken me within the hour but I was at work and needed to find coverage so I couldn't go until the afternoon BUT they wanted to see me right away!
Hopefully, if you call and get a scan/us on Monday it will ease your mind.  Try to stay stress free, have a lazy weekend and think positive =)

Sorry you are feeling like this mumita, but in early pregnancy there is nothing we can do to prevent a m/c. I read a post you wrote few days ago and your midwife could not be more correct, your body is working, it is designed to make life, if something is wrong with that life, your body will recogonize it and do what it is suppose to do.

I understand how you must fill, but stress is not good for you and the baby.  Relaxation techniques, deep breathing, mild exercising, music, guided imagery, massaging are all good for relieving stress. I think the deep breathing in a quit place is the best.

Yes preganacy symptoms come and go, try to enjoy what your body is preparing for you(easier said than done).

I just watched a show about 10 this mourning on 4 women who gave birth and did not even no they were preggo, one of the women said bcuz she had so much stress in her life it was easy to overlook things due to all the stress, and not to add the 2 negative pregnancy test she took the first and second month after missed period

I will keep you in my prayers and im sure it is nothing.

It's so hard when it's you having these things happen.  You are right to be concerned but I think if the spotting was brighter then you should worry more.  That's a good sign that it doesn't feel like when you did have a m/c ( I am so terribly sorry about you having to go through that)  All the stress you had last night could have just made your body wack out a little.  I bet by tomorrow morning your boobs will back to hurting not just being sore!  Hang in there!

I had some brown spotting and it turned out I was having a UTI.  I would just keep an eye on it..that's what my OBGYN said.  If it gets to the point where you really worried then maybe you should call the doctor or go to the ER, but I know you are doing the whole midwife thing and I'm not sure where you stand on the medical intervention aspect.  Honestly though, if this is a m/c, there is nothing that can be done to prevent it.  I hope it isn't and just try and relax, because stress isn't good.

DOnt worry ..if you see any fresh( dark red or bright red) blood or you start to cramp then i would see a soc other then that i think you good to go!!

Pregnancy symptoms will come and go throughout your pregnancy so that is nothing to worry about.  Brown blood is also OLD blood so that isnt anything to worry about.  How far along are you?  When was your last appointment?
