What To Do.. So Frustrated!

Okay so my doctor has decided to randomly take off to another concert.... hes a young doctor that will just pick up and go and not really care about clients.

I was wanting my blood taken to see if I was pregnant or not... and I guess i am back to another waiting game, not sure how to go about this. would an HPT detect anything now??!?! or is it still too soon...

Period was due Sept 19th (late).. that small flow started on Sept 21st ended the 23rd  VERY light, no clots not like i usually have.. no cramps just some back ache.

had sex on the 27th   then the 29th was that 2 minutes of spotting... nothing since then....



thoughts are very much needed.... i am so frustrated now. i did a calculator to see how far i could possibly be.. if that WAS a period .. and it came to 3 weeks and 1 day... but if that wasnt AF that i would be around 7 weeks.

Our doctors office doesnt work that way.. if he is not in the office is completely shut down.. so I cant do anything until hes back. Its so frustrating.

I am going to buy three tests... if I am 7 weeks then it should pick up regardless... if not then i will wait til morning and ... use the third test later on if need be..

Well you will still need to wait til morning to take the test and use first morning urine. 3 weeks will still probably be too early but you never know til you try. Also just because the dr is gone doesn't mean you shouldn't be able to get a blood test. Usually another dr in the office can order it if your dr is out of town. At least that's how my dr office works :)

ok perfect.. even if its in a 2 pack I dont mind buying an extra test!! fingers crossed i see a BFP ...  its funny how long a week can be when your ttc lol seems like its a month or a year wait hahaha.

3 weeks IS early, so if it's negative wait a week and retest with first morning urine. If you can get them in a pack of 3 that would be good.

Thanks I will go buy two tests.. because I know waiting til morning will be difficult hahaha.

Yes hes very unprofessional he told me all about his wife leaving him and his new gf.. and will show pictures on facebook, it drives me up the wall.. but we are in a doctor shortage so I was lucky * kinda* to get in with one.

   But I am going to head to the drugmart and buy 2 First Response tests :)
3 weeks would be ok to test eh?!  because its one of the two.. hoping its more 7 weeks tho hahah

Yes, a pregnancy test would tell you if you're pregnant by now--especially if you would be close to 7 weeks. Make sure to use pink dye and first morning urine.

I would also recommend you look into changing doctors. He sounds extremely unprofessional and you do NOT want a doctor to randomly up and go, especially if you do (or are) pregnant.
