Drink lots of water. Stay away from bananas and cheese because they tend to bind people up more. The stole softner they gave me after my c-sections was Colace and it worked wonders.

Yes that's normal, you probably got a hemorrhoid from pushing so hard and being constipated for so long, I know the feeling haha!! I went almost 2 weeks before I realized Oh ****.... I haven't went to the bathroom yet!!!! So I went and tried, and OH-MY-GOD!!! It was worse than the c-section ahaha!! Make sure if you have another baby you try to go asap, even if you don't feel like you need to, and right after your c-section make sure you eat high fiber snacks to get things moving! Congratulations!!

Mine didn't stop for a couple of weeks. As long as it's not a whole bunch (like you're soaking the tp when you wipe) you should be ok. It'll pass.

I had that after my c section. It lasted maybe a month and got regular. Try some stool softeners. They didn't work for me but everyone is different.
