So im almost 36 weeks and ive been having really bad back pressure and have had vagina pain all day but my back pain is real bad its alot of pressure what could this be?? I went to the hospital wednesday.and wasnt effaced or dilated

Sounds like normal end of pregnancy symptoms.   Baby beggining to engage into position can cause lots of weird pains and pressure.  If the back pain comes and goes like contractions and your stomach gets tense to the touch during the back pains then u should go in cause it could be back labor and technically you aren't full term yet,  bit honestly I would say it's probably just ur body preparing for labor

The baby's spine could be pressing up against yours. Also, as you prepare to deliver, the baby will drop putting more pressure than usual in your pelvic area.  Just get as much rest as possible and take it easy! Your little one will be here soon!
