31 weeks pregnant. The baby moves constantly. I have this feeling at the top of my belly. Kinda like a stretching burning feeling. When he moves it feels worse. Is that all it could be is stretching of the skin? The nurse at the doctor's said she don't know what it could be and sent me on my way with another appointment for next week.

I Feel a little better now. Yes he has done a full turn. and the hiccups are actually fun although it feels funny down where he is going to come out. I thank you all

lol have you had the baby do a fulll 360 degree turn yet and elbow you in the ribs and kick you when stretching so that you can see the whole shape of his/her foot ?  
Does your whole belly jolt when your baby gets hiccoughs ??

Lol you think the stretching burning feeling is bad now wait till you are about to burst at two weeks late lol


Don't worry it's all perfectly normal !!!!

lol  don't you just hate it when they wriggle about all night when you are trying to get some sleep??


The stretching thing is not too bad but if you get leg cramps later on usually at night then that is extremely painful .

I found doing leg muscle stretches on the cold kitchen floor in bare feet workss the best.

maybe it is ur stomach, i have it too and i am 23 weeks. but as mamaof4410 said i been told its normal. i think every thing goes wrong during pragnancy and they are all normal :)

It's normal. I had it with each of my pregnancies. It gets worse the further along you get. Try sitting up straight and putting your hand right where the burning is. It will happen anytime you sit slouching or riding in a car. I hated it. But it's one more uncomfortable sacrifice for you little bean!
