car seat/stroller duo?

Should I just get a car seat, or a stroller/car seat duo thingy? If you got the stroller duo one, did you actually use the stroller the first few months? It just seems so bulky to me that I don't think I would use it much.

I used it alot but your right its so bulky i was always running into doorsband other objects lmao i hated that but it is good because it comes together and it can travel pretty easy

yeah, but I'm getting the big stuff out of the way. And the stroller/car seat is the last "big" thing I have to get so that way I can get tell people when they ask that I need diapers and such.

I would definately get the duo your going to use both one way or the other and when your baby is older buy a small stroller if the other one is too big and bulky. Are you having a baby shower, just curious?

My friends got me a Travel System (car seat plus stroller) you can use the stroller early on by latching the car seat on top the stroller and takin' him like that. It looks pretty nifty to me, but obvi I haven't used It yet so we'll see. =]

We got our travel system for only 125 dollars!  I definitely think it's worth it.

I got the duo and have already used the stroller when I took baby to his appt. It was easier for me because im still having trouble getting around and there's no way I could have carried the carseat as far as I had to go

I would most definently get the duo, it comes in handy when they are still in the carrier lol the carrier gets heavy, I'm so glad I got the duo I hear when they turn one thougj the little strollers are more handy but for an infant I highly recommend.

The duo comes in handy babies sleep in the car almost all the time and its so easy to take car seat put on stroller then unbuckling a sleeping baby....Im buying a universal stroller ti fit my car seat its smaller than the combo stroller

I bought the duo thing, ended up not using the stroller at all, it was too bulky.

get the duo!! u dont need a carseat until there about 1!! and the bucket is much easier!!

Gurl I bought a carseat and I got a cheap stroller from babies r us for 25 bucks. There to heavy to me I hated having to pick it up and take it out all the time. The cheaper ones are way more light and easier at stores.

Even if you don't use it during the first few months it's still nice to have. We used ours with the car seat when we went to the mall or out to family bbqs at the park. Then when she got older we used it pretty much everywhere.. The zoo, walks, parks, mall..
