is it fetal movement?

Hi, this is my first pregnancy I am 17 weeks, 4 days along. Before I got pregnant I was about 128 pounds not sure how much I weigh now. What I feel is normally about a inch under my belly button just where the public line lies or where low rise jeans sit. I feel it when I am lying down normally at night but sometimes in the mornings, occasionally if I'm slouched sitting. It feels kind of like a bloop, or a strange pop. This morning I was lying down and had my hand there habitually. I felt the bloop and i pressed on the exact spot with 2 fingers, then about a second later i felt it again, so i pushed on it again, and the bloop came back again.  As a first time mom, i have no idea if it is or isn't but based on ur experiences what do you think?

I think it's the baby.  I felt my baby early, because of the way I was sitting (at a desk with my feet up, folding my abdomen sort of together) at 12 weeks.  It felt like a little minnow slipping through something holding it rather tightly, like if you were trying to catch one in your hands and it slipped out.

I started feeling my first movements at 17 weeks and it felt like bubble popping, and tiny punches...  then by 19 weeks, my husband was able to feel them and I was feeling the baby pretty much daily..  it sounds like fetal movements to me..  This is my first pregnancy as well..
