Haven't been on here is why....
I am 8cm dialated, and 100% effaced! They have me on bedrest at home. I have medicine that is making me sleeping for 22 hours of the day, so i'm not up and about. I can't be in the hospital, it drives me up the wall! So my doctor and his wife, who is a nurse in L&D come to my house for my appts.
I don't have much longer to go, but they want me to make it as far as possible. They believe I am already this dialated, because I had gotten food poisoning, new years day and had been throwing up for 3 days straight. This is what they think anyways. Oh well!
Only a few more weeks until I was expected to go anyhow.
My SIL had her daughter this weekend, on my nephews first birthday. She was in labor for 86 hours before they realized her baby was stuck up against her pelvic bone and they did a c-section. She is glad to be done with her pregnancy.
Anyways, i'm going to try and get back to everyone, just wanted to give an update. Hope everyone who is about to pop or who has just popped had and has a good experience!!!!

wow that is a lot to deal with wow u dialted to 10 cm at 5 months pregnant with ur other kid, well i hope ur okay get rest, that must be scary!
aww hope everything will go great,,.hang in there it's all worth it ..thats why we all put up with it ,,,i had food poisoning in the holidays too it was horrible and i was throwing up for 3-4 days too ..i know how bad it feels ...hope you and the baby will be just fine ;o)

I am so glad to hear that your Dr. comes to you and is checking you regularly! Please keep us posted! It does sound like you are in good hands! Try and hang in there! You are doing a great job! My doctor was just here and left, and now we have a bet going for when I go into labor ahaha!
Let's see my daughter was born at 34w1d..... 5 lbs 2 oz 18in long. 3:36pm
My son was born at 35w to the day..... 5 lbs 12 oz 19 in long. 12:08 pm
Hahaha so he (My doctor) is saying 35w1d 6 lbs 2 oz 20 in long. 1:20 pm

I am saying 35w3d, 6 lbs 5 oz (hoping) 20 or 21 inches long and at 4:30 pm.

She completely feels like she is super tall! With my other two I was never kicked in the ribs, and I'm getting hit in the cervix and kicked in both ribs. SO we will see. I would really like to make it to atleast 36 weeks, but my babies come when they want to, not when I want them to. First signs of them not listening, LOL....
Anywho!
Mumita - I already had the cerclage and they had to remove it New Years Day, this was before I got food poisoning. How lovely. And then kabam! Dialated 6 inches! Ahaha!
My husband is nice and jealous that I am getting soooooo much sleep, and I told him it's not really by choice, it's something that needs to be done. But he doesn't mind! Gets to make sure he spends extra time with the boy and other girlie! =)
Oh the great part is, is that I am not allowed to take showers, only baths. And man do I love my tub! LOL My kids always try to get in my tub, but they can't. I do wanna add, that my kiddo's have been actuing extra weird lately, LOL maybe that's just because I don't see them all that much ahaha.
Let me tell you ladies about a "dumb funny" moment I had on Saturday morning LOL... My husband woke up and said he was going outside for a min, bring in wood or something, at 5:30 am. Weirdo. Anywho, he comes in and is messing with a blanket, and I could almost swear he told me my water broke, lol....And he was telling me his sisters water broke LOL... I sat up and said (as i'm feeling my bed) "WHAT?? MY WATER BROKE!" LOL He started laughing at me, and told me I tuned my ears out or something because his sister's water broke. I just looked at him, and said...."Why the hell you saying that to me? GOD freak me out like my water broke and I'm trying to figure out what is going on!" LOL
He got put on my bad list for a few hours. But made up for it by making me some good breakfast.
Well, i'm off to bed now. I have another appt later this afternoon so i'll be checking back!

Oh wow! You poor thing! Stay off your feet and get plenty of rest!!!! Hope your lil princess can hang in there until at least 37 weeks! Keeping my fingers crossed for you and your little on!
Oh Geez! Try not to sneeze or cough or laugh too hard. Isn't there something to close the cervix up a little?
I have been wondering where you've been! I'm glad that they have you very monitored and are doing well. This has ben a very traumatic pregnancy for you. I hope you make it past 36 weeks. Take care!

It's still intact. I don't feel contractions until my water breaks.
With my son I was 10cm dialated from 5 1/2 months to 8 months 3 weeks. Still have my mucous plug as well. My doctor says i'm perfectly fine, it's just my weird body that does this. I dialate fast, and quick and silently. And have super quick labors.

Is your water bag still intact? I would think at 8cm it would have broken by now. Yikes. Are you having any contractions or anything? How long can you safely sit at 8cm? I have never heard of such a thing - - - hang in there.
Oh I should mention also, after beign trapped in my house for 2 1/2 weeks from the stupid snow over christmas and all, we had/have flooding all over our state, god. I am glad I can't be up and don't live in a flood plain! Mother nature is a pain in my butt!!! LOL
Thanks ladies. I see this as a way of catching up on my sleep! =) I'm loving it actually, because I wasn't able to sleep before this! LOL I'll be trying to pop on while I am awake atleast once a day, but other than that, I'll shoot for Mondays, thats when I have my appts!

OH, you poor thing! Hang in there....keep that baby in there as long as you can!! I was wondering where you had gone too...hadnt seen posts from you much at all!
Just rest...relax...and do what the doctors say..
