serious question!!!

I am 32 weeks and 5 days now and the past week or so I've been having INTENSE stabbing pains in my lower back and right hip. Today it seems to have intensified greatly. I can barely walk because any movement that involves my hips has me doubled over in pain. My fiance has been having to help me with everything. Including getting on and off the toilet. But about two hours ago it started feeling like I was cramping really bad. So bad it made my thighs hurt as well. And now it seems that my son is sitting lower than usual. And every time he moves or kicks I swear it feels like he is trying to kick through my vagina. (I'm sorry if this is TMI) I've taken Tylenol twice today for the pain but it just seems to be getting worse. I'm a FTM so I'm not exactly sure what I'm supposed to be feeling at this point of my pregnancy. (And I've also had A LOT of discharge today, which isn't normal for me) what should I do? Thanks in advance.

That's what I've been doing thinking maybe it is just my body getting ready and adjusting, but it keeps getting worse and worse. I just don't want to waist anyone's time if it turns out to be nothing, you know?

I would call your doctor if you are concerned, but pain is very normal this time in pregnancy because your baby is getting lower and your pelvic area is getting wider to get ready for labor.
