I had also gained no weight at 20weeks but I am now 24 weeks and have started gaining about a pound a week so I'm catching up. It's nothing to worry about.

I dont think its nessessarily unusual... Im 24 weeks and have done nothing but loose weight (about 20 pounds) and i've had very little nausea/mornimg sickness..... My doc isnt concerned and said baby is strong and growing so im not worried... Actually both of my sisters (3 pregnancies between the 2 of them) weighed the same the day their baby's were born as the day they found out and only once was one of them really sick

as I said,  I think its abit unusual, that doesnt mean that it doesnt happen :) and every one and every pregnancy is different, as is everyones weight gain during their pregnancies, I would  find it very unusual not to gain any weight at all in a pregnancy, as baby, placenta, extra blood and amniotic fluid all weigh something, I also understand that many people loose weight through sickness in pregnacy as well, but generally speaking that weight or some of it will be regained during the pregnancy, so in essence the person still has put on some weight during that pregnancy :)

It's not unusual. As long as you are eating good, and baby is growing dont worry. If your Dr is concerned he will say something. I'm 31 weeks and I've barely gained 4 pounds this pregnancy. I lost weight my whole first and second trimester, and just started gaining. As long as your Dr isn't worried then don't stress!

I think its abit unusual not to have gained any at 20 wks, but baby is still small at the moment and as long as your eating a well rounded diet, you may find that you all of a sudden have a major weigt gain further on into your pregnancy, if your still worried, make sure you bring it up to your health care professional at your next app :)
