Lay with a heating pad under your head on the back of it and an ice pack over your forehead and eyes. Do this in a dark quiet room if possible.
Drinking more water can make it worse. I know it did for me. At about 10 weeks I worked my way up to 72oz during the day and another 12-24oz at night. I would suffer from head aches that would not go away. Dr told me to drink more water drink more water. Well when I did it just got worse! Then I remembered I had this same thing happen to me 5 years ago. So I reduced my water intake in half during the day. My head aches went away and now Im head ache free! I'm 18 weeks and going to try and up my water again. But another thing I know helps is drink water right as soon as u get out of bed and eat some protein for breakfast. I drink a glass of milk with a breakfast essential. Works for me!
Noo its not hot at all. I live in Minnesota. The hottest its gotten so far was 90. Thanks for the tips ladies! So far so good.
Is it hot where u live? Cause if it is, that tends to make it worse so make sure youre in a cool area
Try to stop any caffeine. Like none at all. Once I stopped drinking soda I rarely get headaches. Also keep cool the heat can also be the big reason why.
Take tylenol, drink water, lots of it, let your hair lose, and massage. The sides of you eye like between your eyebrow n eye you know, that should help relax you a bit then just sleep it off!(:
I know its safe, but I'm not allowed to take pills, my body won't allow me since my mom. I've drank so much water that I'm peeing every ten minutes.
Drink as much water as possible. And Tylenol is safe
