Make sure you stay hydrated most headaches are caused by dehydration! We typically should be drinking 132 oz now that we having growing baby's in us :)
I get horrible headaches! Try putting yourself in a really dark room, with a cold cold wash rag over your forehead and eyes and attempt to take a nap! It usually always works for me!! Hope you feel better soon!
My mother in law told me her doctor taught her a trick where you put ice cubes.in like a towel or paper towel and sit it in the spot the headache is and it will help go away. Idk if it's true or helps but you can try it. Maybe go to a dark.room and lay down while you do it
Tylenol doesnt touch it anymore
28 w ftm and I get this as well the doc said it's typical pregnancy stuff and to drink more water (btw I clench my jaw a lot in my sleep which is part of my headache problem so you might clench/grind in your sleep as well)
